Please stop using rotation apps. On the GS forum, users complained about the display in Kurviger because a large bar appeared at the bottom after they had forced the portrait orientation to landscape using a rotation app. This isn’t actually a Kurviger issue, but it’s perceived as such.
In the past, Kurviger relied on the smartphone’s orientation sensor, which always caused problems. The display kept changing due to tilting, potholes, improper mounting, and so on.
That was really annoying, but thankfully that doesn’t happen anymore with the new fastening system.
Verstehe ich nicht. Die Drehung geht ohne Probleme. Im Planungsmodus dreht das Display automatisch und in der Navigartion muss du es über den zusätzliche Button, der erst dann angezeigt wird, fixieren.
your comment/answer misses the point. My problem is that the orientation doesn’t adjust when I rotate the screen 90 degrees. The much-discussed “button” for locking the orientation to “Landscape” simply doesn’t appear.
Was mich total irritiert: die Planung kann ich auf Landscape machen, aber sobald ich Navigation Starten betätige, schwubs dreht es sich in die Portaitansicht…
Hi Hempic,….wie soll ich es ausdrücken…. ? “Finde den Button” spiel ich jetzt schon seid letzter Woche. Und, was soll ich sagen. Ich verliere immer… wie vorgeschlagen schick ich gleich mal Photos, Videos wären besser…
So eine Situation mit einem China Tablet hatte ich auch mal, da hat der Sensor, häufig, aber nicht immer, nicht reagiert.
Seinerzeit mußte ich immer das Gerät Neustarten. Eigentlich ist das Elektroschrott gewesen

Just to make sure I understand the issue correctly: The button does appear, but only at 180 degrees rotation? What happens when you tap it then?
Samsung ist Schrott aus China? Der Sensor funktionier immer, bei jeder App, nur nicht in der Kurviger-Navi-App. Ach ich teil den freundlichen Südkoreaner mit das sie China-Schrott herstellen.
My proposal sounds weird .. in rare cases, my phone does not show the magic button at once (not reproducable). When I tap the phone a lttle bit harder on the table, the button appears.
…Dein Samsung ist natürlich Edelware. Ich kann nur berichten, bei mir war es ein Huawei 10 Zoll Tablet, das immer wieder gezickt hat, allerdings bei allen Apps.
Problem gelöst ; ich hab die App komplett gelöscht, und das Tablet neu gestartet. Und? Da ist der magische Button auf einmal und macht genau das was er soll….. ein Träumchen… Thx for your support
For our english speaking folks…. I solved the issue by doing a full deinstallation of the app and a complet restart of my mobil. And…..the magic happens. This litte blue button to fix the orientation shines billiant at the screen…. Thx for your support
