to demo the bug on your end.
pull up this ride.
expand the waypoint list then click on waypoint #7
you will get this screen (see image) click on the “go to next waypoint” icon three times.
you have reproduced the bug if the brown “bulls eye” is correctly on #10
but the numerical control is incorrectly still on #8
I can not see this error - please can you paste your debug informations here and tell us which operating system and which browser you are using?

new information.
this bug report can be limited to being for chrome only.
Further testing shows the website works correctly under edge.
In the screen print below, the left side is the chrome browser, the right side is the edge browser.
for both I pulled the route for short code PQFcN
I then expanded the waypoint list on left side of screen as to find #7 and click it.
I positioned the map so that the brown bullseye was both visible and well as the area around 7,8,9
in each window I clicked the right most black circle twice (the control with the mouse over hint reading: “go to the next waypoint”).
In EDGE the brown bulls eye correctly advanced to “9” on the map and the control being clicked correctly advanced from 8 as to become 10.
however in chrome the brown bullseye correctly advanced with each mouse click. but the control being clicked incorrectly remained on its original number (8).
my chrome version is up to date at:
Version 131.0.6778.205 (Official Build) (64-bit)
my hardware is a HP laptop, amazon item B0CKTZVB17 Amazon.com

Thanks for the additional information. Unfortunately, I can’t reproduce this on my machine on Chrome either.
Could you tryIf it works:
- In Chrome in Incognito mode
- After you reload the Kurviger website using Ctrl+Shift+R
I doubt it is related to your OS or laptop. Right now my best guess would be an issue with your local cache or an issue with a browser plugin.
I agree. this appears to be a “me” problem. clearing all things possible from chrome did not resolve issue. uninstalling chrome and reinstalling did not resolve it either. I then disabled all extensions.that did not resolve issue.
on a whim I started not with #7 but beginning/start and advanced all they way to end.
then back down.
once reaching start again everything became “in-sync” again.
I could once again begin at #7 and advance as normal.
I re-enabled all extensions, exited browser and relaunched chrome.
things continued to work.
at this point I would close this thread.

Thanks, it’s great that it works again for you.
Still very weird that this happens at all. If anyone has the same issue or find out how to reproduce this, please let us know.
