Could you maybe say a little more about what you did and how long the route is? Did you set some waypoints? Do you use many of the avoidances?
You could try to clear the apps local data and try to log out and back in again to see if the problem persists.
I assume avoidance, when the route is short.
Here from Netherlands to London can only be reached, if ferries are allowed - but I set avoidance of ferries.
