Can't load routes made several weeks ago

Today I was trying to load maps I made several weeks ago, but I couldn’t do it.

I can load maps I made couple months or years ago, but it’s impossible to load maps I made since March this year.
Moreover I can do it on the application, but I can’t on my computer throught the web site.

I tried this on Chrome and Firefox but I failed.
Do you know, Is there any problem to load maps created recently ??

What kind of cards do you mean? Or do you mean routes that you created with Kurviger?

Yes.
I mean routes made with Kurviger and saved in the cloud.

The notebook I’m using (HP: 6V5X8AV) is with Windows 11 with Chrome and Firefox browsers.

Yes.
I can’t load any route that is saved in the cloud and I made it couple weeks ago (I presume since march 2025). .

But, I can load from the cloud routes that have been made last year and more.

I don’t use any browser plugins, VPN etc.

Can you please describe in more detail:

I understood, that in the app, all your routes are visible and you can load every route fine. Correct?

But on your laptop, you cannot load certain routes. Correct? Is the folder missing, are the routes missing, does an error occur while loading the route?

It would be helpful, you could send screenshots (if this fine for you) from the app as example, that it is working fine. Then in comparison from laptop, where it fails.

Click at least here Diagnostics in your laptop’s Browser.
