My current subscription is TOURER+ so I would not expect it to be a limitation in the subscription plan
You obviously have an IPhone, not yet available. I remember a statement from the devs, that it is not too far away.

The new version with speed limit and current speed is available as BETA through Testflight now and will be released through the app store in a few days.
