# Shared routes not accessible

Hello,

I received a link via WhatsApp to view a route.

When I click it, Kurviger opens, but I always get the error message:

“Could not load route”

This has already happened with several routes.

What could be the problem here?

It happens on the **iPhone 15,5 with iOS 27.0.1** and also on the PC using Chrome.

Hi @Rene_Cannivy,

Could you please briefly explain how exactly it was shared?  
For example, if a link from the cloud is shared but the route itself isn’t permitted/shared, you won’t be able to access it.

Many thanks for the help.

My colleague couldn’t open it because he is registered with Kurviger using a different email address than the one I knew of.

This sentence gave me the idea to ask.
