if you ever encounter a problem like this (presumably an error in the OSM map data) you can help yourself by using the beeline function as a workaround until the error is corrected.
This bridge was set to “construction” about one year ago and the change record contains this article as reference - but it is from 2019! There was a revert from vandalism, but since this revert it contains the “construction” tag. I guess the revert was not complete.
I tend to remove the tag "construction. What do you think? I removed it with 184035091.
