Lagging map when moving on phone

When looking at my route which is quite large, when I move it’s very laggy but when I use two fingers to zoom while I do it it’s very smooth. What’s causing this?

Using an Oppo Find X9 Pro.

Didn’t have this issue on my OnePlus 11 5G
