Hello, I live in the United States and I find that accessing my routes that I have saved on the kurviger cloud is very slow and often times I get messages saying that the folders containing my routes cannot be loaded.
I try again and other times I close the app and reload it and I still encounter the same problems.
I also get issues where Kurviger wants me to log in even though I was just looking at the app 5 or 10 minutes earlier.
My phone is using High speed Wi-Fi when I’m at home, so I’m not sure why the cloud is so slow.
Perhaps you need more cloud server capacity since you now have the app showing closures? 
Yes I have done that and it does seem to help a bit.
However it does seem to be an overloaded cloud server issue because the settings page should show my username.
This page right here should show your username. For my username to show up on this page, it takes over a minute.
Also please note: I am not using kurviger on my desktop. This is the kurviger app on my smartphone and my smartphone is using my home’s Wi-Fi.
This should be significantly improved with the next app update. Sorry for the troubles. It should work on the desktop already (or in your mobile browser, but not the app)
