it would be nice if I could design routes that prefer dirt roads for riding my dual-sport bike.

I think that “Kurviger” might not be the perfect software for that I get the idea though. But you can already always chose “fastest” route and e.g. avoid motorways. Maybe have a look and adjust with some shaping points too.
