# Off-line Maps do not work

I have downloaded some maps, which according to the message was sucessful (green color in map and message that 581 MB downloaded). Nevertheless, after pressing “Übernehmen”, in the planning mode, with a zoom below 20 km the map does not appear, when disconnected from the internet ?  
Is this a known problem ?

If you are in the route planning view, then yes: [Offline Maps Guide [Kurviger Knowledgebase]](https://docs.kurviger.de/app/offline_maps)

Offline maps are currently only for the navigation map, not the route planning.
