OSM pass missing on map

The pass in OSM

is missing in Kurviger:

Shouldn’t be all OSM passes shown?

Edit: I just have seen, that this pass is tagged only as saddle, but not as mountain pass (I will change that).

Proposal: All saddles, which are part of a road, should be shown as pass in Kurviger

We used to show saddles as well. I don’t remember right now, why we don’t show them still, I am assuming if we removed it, there was a good reason . We will revisit this again and check the reason for removing saddles.

I changed several saddles (tagged them as mountain pass as well), now they are shown in Kurviger :+1: (usually it takes 2-3 days).
If someome else is interested in doing so too, saddles inside roads not tagged as mountain pass can be found with my mountain pass website easyly:

Switch on saddles (only with name?), switch off 50m perimeter and select default highway types (or other highway types you want to process):

Now orange circles show saddles inside selected highway types.
Clicking on them and selecting 1st option shows information:

Clicking the 1st button opens that saddle in OSM, where you can edit it easyly.

Might it be possible that you did not want to show all the saddles “*Wasserscheide*” like below?

There are a lot of them in south of Germany:

Yes, that might have been one reason, especially because sometimes they are pretty frequent and clutter the map. I am not 100% sure if that was the reason though.
