It may generate it in the 1st turn instruction at new route’s start.
But this is not useful, as users are already moving away from the new route,
which was calculated behind them! And u-turns should be avoided.

The proper solution is to calculate correct routes, respecting the user heading.
I may see the block area idea, if / when I have free time in the future.
(as the server refuses to fix the routing heading)

Here is a similar [route example](https://kurviger.de/?point=48.432603%2C11.5316&point=48.432005%2C11.595619&locale=de&vehicle=motorcycle&weighting=curvaturebooster&additional_weighting=avoid_edges&elevation=true&additional_weighting_factor=2&avoid_toll_roads=false&avoid_toll_roads_factor=5&avoid_ferries=false&avoid_ferries_factor=5&avoid_motorways=false&avoid_motorways_factor=5&avoid_main_roads=false&avoid_main_roads_factor=3&avoid_small_roads=false&avoid_small_roads_factor=4&avoid_unpaved_roads=false&avoid_unpaved_roads_factor=4&document_title_generated=true&document_title=Hohenkammer%20-%20Allershausen&heading=270&layer=Kurviger%20Liberty) with heading=270. Same route? From [GraphHopper documentation](https://docs.graphhopper.com/#tag/Routing-API): “Headings are given as north based clockwise angle between 0 and 360 degree.”
