Route Sharing Issue?

A friend shared a route folder with me in Cloud. I can see the folder which contains 4 routes. However, when I click to open a route, it won’t open and just loads endlessly. This is using the web route planning. All the routes are shown as shared with me. Same issue on all 4 routes.

A related question: Is it possible for me to add routes/favorites to a folder that is shared with me? I didn’t see a way to do this, but perhaps we missed a permission option when creating the shared folder. Looking for a way to collaborate on route planning to help ensure the same navigation.

Not yet. These kind of function needs considerable effort.

Could be a temporary issue.

Did you try reloading the website or deleting local data? Could be just a minor “hiccup”. If that doesn’t help: does it work in another browser?

I had such a hickup this week that folders were not loaded. Try to logout and login again. The issue was away and did not reappear since then. Unfortunately hard to reproduce.

The routes are loading properly now on the web and app, although with a bit of a delay. I was able to reproduce the issue on different computers. I use Firefox browser in case that matters. Good to know it is temporary
