Route Summary - Mileage and Hours do not update

Hi, I am a new Kurviger user and looking forward to using it as my main navigation for a trip through France 2 up. I noticed that as I am exploring routes, the route summary at the right of the screen does not update as I change the routing preferences or even include new points on the route:

It makes it quite tricky to quickly understand the impact of changing my route as I start to explore options for that particular day.

I could see a few posts about this from 2025 but couldn’t see more recent ones - apologies if I missed them. Are there any solutions?

I also note that the forum will not let me use the “Problem” tag in any categories, so apologies if this seems incorrectly labelled.

Can you clarify which summary you mean exactly? I can see a distance and duration in your screenshot, this should update when you change the route?

Maybe I am misunderstanding something? If so, please add some more info :slight_smile:

Hi Boldtern, thanks for getting back to me and my apologies for being slow to reply.

I think that your understanding is correct, but when I was playing around with this for the first time, the distance and duration were not working correctly - they did not update unless I did something specific (I think refreshed the page or similar).

When I initially tested I could make some crazy changes on my route and it would still report the same values.

Having checked again today, they appear to be updating in real-time, as expected.

If this behaviour happens again, I will make sure to record my screen and upload.

Hi again, I just had the issue reoccur. Here’s a short video - you can see I am making many changes to the route style, which are being reflected on the map, but not in the distance and mileage panel:

I can also confirm that refreshing the page after making a change triggers the values to update correctly:

Are you using any browser plugins? Can you post the debug info from the Kurviger settings (clicking should put the info into the clipboard)?
