I see the Kurviger app as a pure tour planner. That means, I plan the route in advance, and accordingly also the places where I want to eat and refuel. If I make a tour unplanned, then I use the Kurviger app as a tracer (follow mode) in the background, and navigate with Waze or Google Maps. Personally (my opinion), I see no need to copy the POIs from Google. For me, it is quite clear that I sometimes have to use 2 apps. the only POIs that should be included and maintained in the Kurviger app are biker locations
(for example)
as those listed here
that are predominantly used by bikers. you won’t find these in Google Maps.
I am special. I deactivated Google Maps. I think the app should care as well about the driver as for the bike (“fuel for both”).

In my humble estimation, eating is a part of touring.
Naturally, food is part of the travel experience. 
However, I do not plan it in detail in advance. When I’m on the road and get hungry, I look for places that appeal to me and stop there to eat 
something. So far, I’ve been doing well with this approach and haven’t had to go hungry.

…and my wife need a cafe after 60 -90 minutes of riding. Always using Google maps for searching, and using the finding in Kurviger for navigation.

How do you know that without any Kurviger function for it? 
Hello, i use thé new apk and i see in the web site that we can see poi hotel and restaurant but in the apk they not appear in the choice we can choose,fuel, perennials,etc but not restaurant, it’s it possible to have restaurants, please.

And what do you mean with perennials? Perennials is something like a plant for me.

This depends on the map you use. This information ist stored in the map and not a POI of Kurviger. Maybe you you use differnts maps in App und Website?

Sorry, vivace is a mistake, i say panorama ! As you see in the menu there is nothing for restaurant and hotels.
Wen you change map the poi stay at their place until the new map appears. So the poi are not dependant of the map but depend of kurviger. (I know that because i contribute for OSM in my city).
In the map you can see restaurant and hotels with big zoom, just i ask if it is possible to have a picture of restaurant and hotels in the window poi to see automatic the poi in the map.

We do show motorcycle friendly accommodations / hotels, restaurants are currently not shown, this is planned for the future though.

in ITALY, the interactive POIs I can see and use on every map layer (as shown in the screenshot below), are only:
gas stations
sight seeing / panoramic views
mountain passes
But even though the visibility of all POIs is checked, I cannot see neither restaurants nor hotels (or other POIs rather the ones stated above): if I use the Kurviger standard base layer map, I can see some restaurants icons but they cannot be searched in the search bar (in order to be set as waypoints) and on the map (only on Kurviger standard), their minuscule icon can be found if the map is zoomed a lot (50m) and they’re not visible or interactive like gas stations.
Could you please improve this aspect? Italy is full of restaurants, osteria, agriturismo as well as wine cellars,… as well as hotels, bike friendly hotels, campings, mountain huts, cabins: it would be awesome to have 'em at hand while planning a route.

you could group them as you already do with gas station logos, the more you zoom in the map, the more they ungroup and scatter (?)

Yes, this is already on our todo list. That said, we can’t do it like the other POIs because there are way more restaurants than the other POIs. We already have a plan though and will work on this in the future.

Könnte man mehr POIs einblenden (optional) in der Navigationsansicht. Die Tankstellenanzeige/suche funktioniert ja schon wunderbar, aber Restaurants, Supermärkte, Hotels, etc… wären noch sehr hilfreich.
