I reactivated my tourer+ subscription in the app via the button and confirmed the payment through the App Store. Now Apple is correctly showing the subscription as active and valid, but in the kurviger app the subscription is still shown as canceled. What can I do?

Take a look here. This is often because you accidentally logged into a different account that doesn’t have an active subscription. For example, this easily happens if you sign in with Apple or Google, but actually created an account in Kurviger using an email and password.
