Title: Cannot upgrade to Tourer+ after cancelling Tourer — support portal unreachable
Hi, I need help with a subscription issue.
I cancelled my current Tourer subscription because I want to upgrade to Tourer+. However, the website still does not allow me to subscribe to Tourer+ and requests a wait time of the trial period for the initial Tourer standard subscription. I would like to subscribe immediately though.
The official support portal (help.kurviger.de) is unreachable, and the former “Site Feedback / Support” category no longer exists, so I am posting here.
Please manually activate Tourer+ for my account or provide a direct way to complete the upgrade. I already cancelled the old plan and should be able to subscribe immediately.
