Hi. Have you already seen this? Those “automatic close issues” might be related to Samsung, never read here about other phones, having these issues (at least when given permission to location and notification).

One simple thing you can try. Sounds weird, but helped some time ago to solve issues.
Go to Play Store, uninstall Android system Webview, and install again.
