avoid USA on route planning

Hello most of my tours start in the middle of Canada, but this year crossing into the USA is not an option many Canadians are taking. However, when i am planning longer motorcycle routes i am finding kurvinger suggests going into the USA, this might be a suggestion more than a question but maybe a international border crossing avoidance would be a good feature?

FYI - I have played with adding shaping points and waypoints but the routing really likes the USA for some reason, it takes quite a few points to change the route.

Right now, your best bet is to place waypoints or to try a different routing profile (maybe more/less avoidances, different curviness). I understand that this is not ideal for your situation, avoiding border crossings is not on our short list right now, so this might be something we do at some point, but not in the coming months.
