Today, I asked for cancellation of my Kurviger subscription.
I want to be refunded of my left un-nused months.
But it seems it stay suscribed until 19/07/2026.
How is it possible to cancel it right now, and be refunded of the left months ?

As you had signed a yearly subscription with 64% discount in comparison to monthly subscription there is no refund. You may choose to subscribe on a monthly basis or on a yearly basis and you had chosen a one year period. Furthermore you can use Kurviger in upcoming spring season until 12th of July 2026.

Sincerely I only subscribed annually because I saw the user can cancel it at any moment, and be refunded of any resting un-used months.
Here is what FAQ tells (in FR) :
“You can cancel subscription at any time.” ; “Subscription can be modified at any moment.[…] You can change duration and subscription. Amount already paid will be calculated pro rata.”
So reading this, it is clear to me that I can to change my subscription at anytime.
Here you say it is different, but please point me where it is explained so.
I cannot see the word cancel, I see change the subscription.

It is correct that you can cancel your subsribtion at any time. However, the crediting of already paid amounts that you refer to only applies when switching between subscriptions, not when canceling.
We understand that this might be disappointing but a partial refund is not possible. The yearly plan is offered at a lower price compared to the monthly option, which is why unused months are not refunded. Choosing a yearly plan is a way to benefit from the lower rate for the full year.
By canceling, your subscription will automatically end at the end of the current term, and no further charges will be made. Until then, you can continue to use all features as usual.
