Cannot edit the waypoints/address

Hello,

I noticed that I cannot edit the waypoints for example the start and end of a planned route.

Lets say I want to navigate from A-Street number 12 to B-Street number 131 in XY-town.

For the starting point I type A- and Kuviger finds A-Street in town XY, I select and confirm this and Kurviger puts the A-Street, XY-town into the Start waypoint. So far so good. I now want to specify house number 12 in that waypoint field but I cannot edit the waypoint field anymore. I actually have to delete the waypoint and enter the correct address from scratch.

Am I missing something or is that by design?
In other systems (for example TOM TOM Rider or in GOOGLE maps) I can edit the waypoint fields, for example to add or change a housenumber. And that is a very handy method.

Hi @Bonafide,

You’re right - that is currently not possible. But you do not have to delete the start first. Just click on the map or search for whatever location you want to start at instead and click “add to route” and “set as start”.
I agree that it might seem a little unfamiliar and may leave room for improvement. On the other hand, currently a click on any waypoint (also start) entails a lot of other functions and options that aren’t specifically needed in software like GMaps or TomTom, where the goal is rather to go from A to B. :thinking:
