English … you can use Deepl as translator or write in the language in which you can best express yourself.
As far as I know, there are no known issues. Is it a first install or does it happen suddenly? You may check, if you have any DNS/Ad-blockers are installed and check possible blocked domains when you open the app. You may also check here, if you can find a hint.

Installation Kurviger sur le smartphone :
- ouvrir Google Playstore
- chercher l’application Kurviger
- installer l’application Kurviger (attention, le premier résultat n’est généralement pas Kurviger, veuillez regarder attentivement)
- Ouvrir l’application après une installation réussie
- se connecter avec l’e-mail de ton compte Kurviger
Si tu es bloqué quelque part, contacte-nous à nouveau

Sorry for my first post, it was a test and was published too quickly from my smartphone.
Here is my problem:
Kurviger was installed on my daughter’s Galaxy s8 to see how it worked and it worked very well.
My daughter reset the smartphone to 0 before giving it to me because it will only be used for kurviger
And then, problem, impossible to open kurviger after installation
I should point out that the Galaxy S8 is in standard configuration and nothing has been done other than to download kurviger.

As your screenshot suggests - you are probably dealing with the outdated software (not Kurviger app, but supporting software).
If the phone was reset to the factory settings, that probably teleports you some 7-8 years in the past, when the S8 was released.
So, first thing to do would be to apply all system updates and updates to all preinstalled apps. I would focus on updating Google Apps and Services, but maybe developers could tell you what else may be essential.
Yes, that’s it, it’s most probably either Google Chrome or “Samsung Internet”. As one of these will provider the Android Webview that is required to launch the Kurviger app.
