You need to sign up for a subscription. You can either do this on your phone using Google Play billing or on our website using Paddle. I am not sure why Google billing shows you 0€ but if you add your credit card and purchase the subscription it should work. If not, please provide some more info so we can take a look.
i have done this like 7 times. yhe issue 8s not the creditcard. it just doesn’t work and I don’t know why. never ever it was this difficult to get a subscription

For my, i have to access in the banking App.
exactly. go to the banking app and and confirm which i do. all well and then sent back to the app and nothing changed. i have no clue what to change more
Interesting, website and app are completely independent payment providers. So if it doesn’t work on both, that is very weird. You could try a different form of payment like Paypal. Since others have been able to sing up for a subscription in the meantime I don’t think there is a general issue with either system.
Maybe you could provide more information or try a different way. I am sorry, as it is right now, I am not sure how we can help you.
