Can anybody help me find a way of successfully changing the voice guidance settings when using Kurviger version 3.5.10 on an iphone 11pro running iOS 26.1….?
The advice contained within the Kurviger Tips and Tricks page is redundant as the settings appear to be for a considerably older iOS.
Interestingly Calimoto, Tomtom GO and MyRouteApp have all accepted the changed default voice in iOS, Kurviger however remains stuck on the irritating robot voice it comes with…

About the information in our knowledge base: we did not yet update the pictures for iOS 26 yet, but it still works basically the same way

The iOS update to 26.2 fixed this issue. So maybe it wasn’t a Kurviger bug after all 
Did you update to Kurviger 3.6.0? Because we also fixed an issue with the voice selection for iOS26. You can’t select the voice anymore, but we pick the highest quality voice installed, so make sure to install a premium voice.
Thanks for your reply… No, I didn’t update to 3.6.0 yet. I am not registered for your beta program, so I’m eagerly awaiting the general release.
To add to this… while Kurviger “picks the highest quality voice installed”, if you have more than one high quality voice downloaded, it’ll pick the first one, not necessarily the one you have selected in the Accessibility settings. It took me an age to work out why it wasn’t using my chosen voice until I deleted the download of Daniel Enhanced, to let Fiona Enhanced be used.

I did exactly the same… finally binning the insufferable Daniel, allowing myself to be lilted at by the lovely Fiona.
As a result I’m no longer grinding my teeth at every turn
