Usually I’m working with comments in favorites in the web. This was working 2 or 3 weeks ago. Now comments on new favorites are not longer shown. For favorites with existing comments the comments are still shown. Any ideas??
You can edit comments for favorites you create from any point on the map.
But if you created a favorite from a predefined POI (as activated in Settings - Shown POI’s) the comments are not editable. I guess that this is, what you did. Please check and let us know. Thanks!
Unfortunately no comments are available when I’m creating favorites in several ways
a. right click in map > “Neuer Favorit”
b. right click in map > “Was ist hier?”, create favorit via star-icon
In both ways no POI was defined at the location (before I have activated all POI’s)
This was bad testing by me, I apologize.
I can confirm this for Web and App; no comments can be maintained for new favorites.

The same for old favorites, which have no comments.
Exactly. That’s how it is.

Could you rough estimate when the comments-features will be available again?
The devs read everything. Seems, they are making a test tour. 
We just released a larger change for the Kurviger cloud. This issue was fixed there as far as I can see. The issue should be fixed on the website and will be fixed in the app with the next version of the app. Doest it work for you on the website now?
Just tested, workes fine for me on the website again. So, we have until the update of the app a workaround. Many thanks for the quick fix.
