If you click on the right color symbol to choose a different color, nothing works for me - is that with everyone, if so - what is the color mixing symbol? Or is there a program error?

if I remember correctly, Kurviger uses a system color picker when yo click that button. Could you post the debug information at the bottom of the settings menu (tap to copy), so that the team can check on a comparable system?
@boldtrn on my iPhone it also does not work - neither browser nor app.

I can confirm it is not working … nor on iOS 3.5.8 either on BETA or Alpha.

It is a known issue and Carplay had a higher priority. To my opinion it is very, very rarely used.
I would prefer to have a more detailed color palette, than mixing my own colors. On my Android it is a quite ugly system dialogue.
Something like this from my calendar app, but with contrast colors.
