Device couldn't find location in map-mode, location in follow-mode works fine

Kurviger on Ulefone mobile: perfect, on tablet: no fix possible. Kurviger has all permissions, Google as location service is set, exact location, WLAN plus BT activated.

Interesting: that occurs only in map (planning) mode, not in follow-mode…

Can you please help?

You can use a gps - tool to verify the quality of your location.

Something like this.

If such an app gives the location, Kurviger should also have location. Assure the device is used outside to have stable gps.
