Thanks for reaching out. Did this happen more than once? What exactly did you do in the app before that error occurred - only opening the app?
Please try and delete your local app data. It is possible that something simply “got stuck.” Go to settings → scroll down → delete local data.

Der Fehler kam beim ersten öffnen der App. Ich vermute, das hat irgendwas mit einem blockiermodus zu tun. Allerdings habe ich die Lösung bisher nicht gefunden. App deinstalliert habe ich bereits mehrfach.
So schaut die Meldung aus:

Den Blockierungsmodus in den Handy-Einstellungen aufheben, und schauen, ob es besser wird?
Ja. Ohne Blockiermodus funktioniert die App fehlerfrei. Danke für euren Support.
jedoch hat der generelle Handy-Blockiermodus ja einen Sinn. Daher etwas schade, dass die Kurviger App nur funktioniert, wenn dieser generell deaktiviert ist.
Aber ich weiß jetzt an was die fehlfunktion nun liegt. Dankeschön nochmal 
Nachtrag: Ich habe die Einstellungen gefunden. Die kurviger App funktioniert nun auch mit aktiviertem Blockiermodus.
