Thanks for reaching out! Could you please tell us what exactly you did when the error occurred? Did it happen multiple times? Does the error persist after deleting local data (settings → scroll down → delete local data)?

Just opening the app gave these recurring faults. Could not stay logged in and it closed the app multiple times, needing to log in time after time. I also coudn’t load any route from the cloud besause they were not vissible.

Since you’re writing in the past tense: did deleting the local data help you and the error no longer occurs?

I didn’t delete anything but the errors didn’t occur anymore as a day before.
