Error when changing Kurvigkeit

  • Set starting point
  • Set destination point
  • Set one shaping point
  • Set another shaping point closer to the starting point
  • Tried to change routing to that point 1 to “fastest”.

P!ease share a route link before changing to fastest (which forces the error).

Blimey… does not occur after reopening the route…

I was not logged in when the error occurred.
When retrying, I was logged in.
Now logged out and created a new tour and it happened again:

I can confirm.

First logged out, then opened the tour from @McBain, then changing curviness (no matter which), the error occurs.

It does not happen, when I am logged in. Good find!

Changing curviness for route segment - this is a Tourer+ functionality, as far as I know. That’s probably why it works when logged in.

Bei verschiedenen Auswahlmenüs während der Planung bekomme ich die Meldung unten, sobald ich versuche einen anderen Auswahlpunkt zu wählen. Also z.B. wenn ich von “super kurvig” auf “kurvig” andern möchte.

So kann ich die App gar nicht nutzen…

Thanks for letting us know. It seems there is a bug in our app. It should work already on our website and will be fixed with the next update. If you do have at least a Tourer subscription, you don’t see this error, I guess that’s why it went unnoticed for some time.
