Google Maps Lists import

Has anyone found a solution for exporting and converting Google Maps Lists (my POI data) with minimal effort and importing them into Kurviger as GPX files?

It’s about Google Maps Lists, not My Maps etc.: Create a list of places - Computer - Google Maps Help

Exporting is possible via Google Takeouts. CSV files are generated that contain the names of the locations and links to Google Maps. The problem is that no geolocations are included. You would have to read the Google Maps links and add the geolocations via batch geocoding in order to then convert the CSV lists into GPX files that can be imported into Kurviger. I did this quite laboriously some time ago, and it worked with the help of QGIS, among other steps and tools. However, this was not a solution for regular use.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Thanks.

Unfortunately it’s only a solution for Google Maps - My Places, not for Google Maps - Lists.

As I have Kurviger, there is no need for Maps (deactivated), so I cannot check myself, but sounds as it was written just for you.

At least you would have the coordinates. Please check, then somehow to convert to gpx.

Edit: I have a Flow in the App "Automate" that converts from sqlite-database to gpx. It sounds you are fearless (QGIS). If you are interested I can give you the flow and an example, so you can fiddle to do this with a csv-file.

Export as gpx also described in link above.
