I recently got a new phone and logged into the app using my Google account. However, my subscription is not showing in the app, even though it still appears as active in my Google subscriptions.
Could you please help me restore access to my subscription?

I can tell you at the very least that the email you used here in the forum has no subscription. So probably you used a different account. If you can’t find the account, please provide more details like an invoice, a paypal transaction id or something else to support [at] kurviger [dot] com
