Hi my name is CJ and I’m from the USA. I use Kurviger or Kirby as I like to call it for road trips using my camper van.
Kurviger is awesome for planning and navigating back roads. 
It’s taken me on some very beautiful backroads throughout Ohio (my home state) and I hope to use it in the future for a road trip which will involve using parts of historic route 66.

The part between Flagstaff and Kingman looks like a museum. Not very original, but you get some nice pictures. Do not miss Seligman.
