The iOS app becomes often unresponsive while selecting locations on the map. Among the informations about the location are often one or more nearby POIs. They are external links and sometimes they show only a spinning wheel. If this occurs the app is broken.
After closing the location’s menu I end up on the map without any further interaction possibility. I have to force quit the app and restart my route planning from scratch.
As a workaround I would like to deactivate these nearby POIs links completely, but I wasn’t able to achieve this. Is it not possible?
Attached a screenshot showing the problem:

Can you please post your debug string. Left upper -> Settings -> scroll down → Debug Information -> Tap to copy.
I had this issue and it should be solved, perhaps not yet in this version?

Thanks.
Just searched - I reported this already for 3.5.5 and it was solved, tested on ios (Phone!) ok. Could be another issue.
In my case I had to end the app, when I clicked on a waypoint, which I have added from favorites.
Then the same as you describe - rotating pictures and I had to force stop. Currently I cannot reproduce.
When you have some idea in which cases this occurs .. would be helpful. Perhaps a tablet issue?
After some time of observation I think the problem occurs moreoften while saving a POI to the favorites. And yes, it shows up only on my iPad.
