I changed my phone, and I haven’t been able to get it to appear in the app as having the Tour +, using any of the methods you explain.

Please make sure, you are signed in with the right account. The email you used here in the forum has only a cancelled subscription, you probably have another account (different email) for Kurviger.

Thanks @Viola - this email actually has a valid subscription. Did you try to log in with your hotmail email @Ivan_Letrado?

If this does not help you can try to go to the Kurviger settings and try to clear your local planning data.
