Sounds as if there are too many POIs in - splitting might help, as already mentioned in error message.
E.g. you could use

It appears that there are well over 9000 campsites (worldwide, even in French territories overseas) in this GPX file.
In GPXsee, it looks like this:
I am not sure how you can manage and use this amount of data efficiently in Kurviger. You would have to split it in over 30 favourites folders to have them all imported (one folder is limited to 300 favorites).
Using overlays also does not work as one file:
Your initial GPX file included lot of <trk> tags - to remove them and reduce the file size, I imported the GPX into OSMAND and exported it again. After that, I split the GPX in two parts. Here are the resulting files:
osmand-favorites-france-campsites1-2.zip (789.9 KB)
You should be able to add both GPX files from the ZIP as two separate overlays.
