Wouldn’t it be nice, the export as CSV would be in the export dialogue as additional file-format? It could be removed here.

Not sure to be honest. Exporting the route as CSV could be anything as this is not a common format for route transfer? There are not additional waypoints, no track, etc. - so I think the current location kind of makes sense?
.. and if you consider a human beeing also as a talented navigation system? 
I just thought the visiblity in export is better.
I could also open more options like ..
Export/Share Turn Instructions as csv
Export/Share Route as Roadbooks as xls(x)(m) / odt
Export/Share Route as Picture
Export/Share as PDF w / w/o turn instructions
( .. )
Just ideas .. there are more important things to do.
