Issue with Subscription Upgrade and Billing

Hello, in May 2025 I subscribed to the “Kurviger Tourer Plus Annual Plan” for the price of €29.99, paid on May 18, 2025 (Beleg Nr. 61546092-107532387). For my trip planning two weeks ago, I upgraded my account to Kurviger Tourer Plus. Apparently, the upgrade wallet was not applied automatically. Now I am being asked to pay €29.99 again. Could someone please help?

You created two subscriptions with two different logins. One is with a GMail login (September) and the other is with an email. I will send you the emails. I would propose to refund your latest subscription from September. Let me know if I should refund that second subscription.

Please delete and refund the subscription connected to my Gmail login from September.
