Hi everyone, unfortunately the Kurviger app crashes every time I try to load a route and won’t restart.
I have to clear the cache and log in again.
I’m using a Google Pixel 9 Pro and had absolutely no problems navigating to the North Cape last year.
What’s changed? And how can I get the app working? I’m planning a trip to Portugal in April.

It might be helpful if you could post the debug-info from the bottom of the settings menu (tap text to copy, then paste here).
Could you describe how are you loading the route before the app crashes?
Are you loading from the cloud or importing a GPX file of opening a route link?
Have you tried if the same route will load with an alternative method (e.g., saving .kurviger file on a PC and importing it on the phone? Or sharing and opening a link?)
Is there any error message when the app crashes?
Is it always the same route that is causing the problem or it happens with any route?
Anything else not working as it should?
Pixel 9 Pro seems to be very sensitive, I also had another user via our ticket center. Please try this, seems to help: Navigation startet nicht mehr 3.5.6 - #36 by Oliver_Hauge
