Hallo,
This very much sounds like you have two subscriptions. I can find your Tourer subscription, but not your Tourer+ subscription.
Please send me a"Message" with some more details like an order number, invoice etc. for your Tourer+ subscription, and I can have a look.
Same here with me - although I made a Tourer subscription - and deleted the local planning data within the settings of the app plus logged in for new - each time I try to start the navigation, it tells me to do a new subscription before I can do navigation on my app-
The order number would be: GPA.3346-0081-4483-94110
Could you please assist too?
Is it possible that you accidentally created multiple accounts? Please check for which login data you made the subscription. Also have a look here please.
Unfortunately not - thought this 1st too. But I log in with the same account as I made my subsription - and it still asks me to do a new description on and on.
I think the best is - that I cancel my subscription and do another tryout with a complete new subscription.
I made a complete new subsription - am an official ‘Tourer’ now - but as soon as I want to start the app with the predefined tour - it comes around the corner with this message (in English: To use the navigation on your smartphone you need
Kurviger Tourer+)
In addition - the app always shows the message 'your email has not yet been confirmed - and when I click the link, this message does disappear - but I do not receive a confirmation link either in the background.
For Navigation you need a "Tourer +" subscription. Here you have an overview of the different subscriptions and their features.
OK, missed that point - as I was not aware, that you addionally need to pay money for using the app - as this is the main reason why I use Kurviger - I´m a biker.
Beside that - the exported Kurviger tours I create on my PC - do show as incorrect file ending when I import them on my smartphone app (from tour.kurviger to tour, txt), which is not very practical). So it seems as if the ending is being changed when loading it down on my app - and I the need to rename the file on my smartphone.
All not very practical - so I will most likely leave the Tourer subscription of the trial period.
Thanks for the feedback anyhow.
Can you explain how are you transfering the gpx file? I have not yet experienced this problem, but it probably has a simple solution.
As for the price… Kurviger is not on the high end of the motorcycle navigation pricing, but that is something everyone has to decide on their own.
There are a lot who like to plan with Kurviger, but do not use the app, but use a Garmin-Device or other app. From my point this is very fair, they pay less and those who use the full package pay more.
You can use the app also with Tourer. Planning and navigation in follow mode. For sure, some features are limited like recalculation or speech, but it guides you from A to B.
When you plan the tour with Kurviger, then just save your route. It is stored in the Kurviger Cloud. Load it from any device with the Kurviger app of browser with your login.
No need to struggle with any files at all (no idea what happens on your PC or phone).
Not at all! You can use your account as a free user both in the browser and via the app. However, depending on your subscription, additional features will be unlocked. Sorry if that wasn’t clear from the information provided!
That would help indeed. Here you can get some help regarding the Kurviger Export and the Cloud function, which makes exporting unnecessary, since you can access your priorly planned routes directly from the app.
Are you sure, you used the right email? This very much sounds like you typed in the wrong email. You should receive an email (maybe it’s in your spam folder).
Hi Robin,
Stefan
