A couple of days ago, my Kurviger Tourer Plus subscription didn’t renew by mistake.
Tonight I tried to renew it manually, but I did something wrong and renewed my Kurviger Tourer and then my Kurviger Tourer Plus subscription, resulting in me being charged €19.99 and €9.97, when I should have only paid €19.99 due to my seniority.
Is it possible to fix the error so I can enjoy the subscription price for existing customers?
