I can not login to the website. They say I do not have an account but yet also say my PW and/or ID do not match. Tried to reset several times but unsuccessful. What do I need to do?

Well first of all, do you have an account? Do you remember the Email with which you have created it? The error mesage is purposefully left a bit vague to disuade bad actors from testing several email adresses and seeing if that email address has an account or not 
If you remember your old email you can always click on “Forgot password” to get a reset link
