Hello René and welcome to Kurviger Forum. Could you please describe a bit more in detail how you tried to login?

And just to double check, please try to restart your phone, just to make sure, something weird was hung up.

Some time ago the app was working fine, but now when I want to use it I need to login again. I don’t know why but it is so.(software update?)
So tried logging in using the same method as I did before (google authentication), that is when you get the error, you cannot select any account.
Tried reinstalling several times, rebooting several times nothing helps, I do not see any cache to clear, reinstalling the whole phone is a bit much for just one app.
I do see other people on this forum with similar issues, so added my issue also, hopefully it gets solved structurally.

I did find a work around, using the web interface (which works normally), it is possible to add an e-mail adress to my profile.
Using that as authentication works for me now, so my problem is solved basically

Logins are only valid for a certain time, then you need to sign in again, especially if you haven’t used the app for some time.

This actually sounds like you removed the Google Account from your device? Is that possible?

Yes that’s right, that is certainly a possible workaround. But it’s weird that it was necessary, so it would interesting to find out what was the underlying reason for this.

I’ve been using this phone for 3 years now, haven’t done a reinstall/removed my account on it at all.
What would be needed to help?

I was thinking about battery suspended app’s, but that doesn’t appear to be the issue since kurviger is not in that list.

Ps.
All app rights are at default settings

As much info as possible. The trouble with this issue is, that this is not a known issue. We would need some way to reproduce the issue, or if someone else has the same issue, to be able to see if there is some common ground between the two issues.

That said, you were able to solve it, so that’s great and good enough for you

I was actually thinking if maybe the Google App might be the issue here. So things that could be checked is if you are using the latest version and if you Google account is added correctly to that app. Because that app is providing us with the sign in information.
