Ich habe mir jetzt ein anderes, altes Handy fertig gemacht wo Android 10 drauf ist. Läuft alles und ich bin zufrieden.

Wie kann ich die App löschen bzw reaktivieren?
App vom Handy löschen und neu aus dem App Store laden hat nichts gebrracht. Die Navigation der geladen Route lässt sich nicht starten. Das Busy Signal wird ausgegraut, das Batteriesymbol springt 3 mm hin und her und die App reagiert auf keine weitere Eingabe

Hast du das probiert? Falls das dein Problem nicht löst, schick doch mal bitte deinen Debug-String aus den Kurviger Einstellungen.

Hab wie beschrieben die App gelöscht und neu installiert und bei Einstellungen alles erlaupt. Danach funktioniert alles wieder wie gewohnt.

Nachdem alles wieder funktioniert hat sich das eh erledigt. Diesen findest du ganz unten in der Kurviger App und kannst du antippen.

I tried it, and it still doesn’t work.
I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled, and the problem is still the same.
My debugging information:

Just to clarify, have you given all permissions to Kurviger, meaning location and notification permission?

I changed the permissions and location, and…it’s working again! :grin:

I can’t use the Kurviger app on my Google Pixel 9 Pro XL. It crashes immediately after launching, and there are no updates available in the Play Store.

please check whether you have granted Kurviger all authorizations, see also the tip from boldtrn

All rights granted, no changes.
The Kurviger app closes immediately after launch.
Strangely, the Kurviger Pro app can be used normally on the same device (Pixel 9 Pro XL).

Have you tried to deinstall the App completely and reinstall it again?

of corse - no change. The Kurviger app runs smoothly on many of my devices: the Pixel 3, Pixel 4 XL, Pixel 7 Pro, Lenovo tablet, and various laptops, but unfortunately not on my current primary phone. I suspect it has something to do with the specific screen resolution of the Pixel 9 Pro XL. Are there any other users who are getting it to work on the new Pixel?

So the app closes while you are still in planning? So you don’t start the navigation and had no chance to interact with the app at all? Then this is a different issue.

Are all apps updated on your phone? Have you tried restarting the phone? Are you using any adblockers or privacy / anti virus software that might interfere with the app?

yes, I tried everything mentioned in the posts. The app opens and after 3-4 seconds it is closing without a chance to do anything.

Maybe a couple of ideas to try out:

  • start the phone in safe mode
  • join the BETA program on Google Play and try the 3.5.7 version.

All other apps work perfectly? No similar cases?

What you could try is to clear the cache and data of Google Chrome, and Google Play Services. Not sure if this will help, but this is the last idea I have right now. We have users with a Google Pixel 9 Pro XL, so I think it is nothing generic about the phone.
