Have you tried all the options mentioned in the docs and it is still not working? Have you tried without a BT headset? Maybe you could provide some more information?
Yes I have tried every mentioned option. I have tried without speakers as well. I tried removing and installing the app.
Still no succes.
I am using a samsung s22. Normaly with cardo edge communication set
Ok, please have a look at this thread as well: Sprachausgabe
If it still doesn’t work, it would be good if you could provide more information. For Samsung devices, we really recommend using Google TTS, that is the most common issue on Samsung devices.
Hi
it’s crazy and unnerving but I just don’t have voice acting anymore on my Kurviger app. Tried practically all settings, also changed TTS on Google, nothing helped. On Google Mapp I have speech in the helmet headphones but not in the Kurviger app.
I am sorry to hear that, we have reports that sometimes the voice does not work at all suddenly. Usually this was fixed with a smartphone restart, can you check if this fixes the issue?
I use a Samsung S22+. Recently, the voice output no longer works during navigation.
I have tried all things which are recommended by Kurviger in this case.
The voice guidance in the settings of Kurviger is of course activated. I have set the Google engine in Text2Speech and activated the German language package.
Nevertheless, it basically does not work anymore. Apps like Google Maps etc. work normally.
Have you tried restarting your phone?
Have you made sure that the volume is up (I know, this is rather obvious, but can happen ).
Are you using a BT-Headset? If yes, have you tried without?
You have set the app to German as well?
Google Maps does not use the local TTS engine, so this does not really help here
