Not working

I started last sunday, found a beautiful route, clicked on start navigate and it didn’t work.
My phone kept on searching till I restarted it.
What’s the problem?

Do you have the most recent version installed? You need to grant all required permissions to the app. Reinstalling the app helps sometimes.

I found the issue, please make sure you grant all permissions for the Kurviger app. It seems that if you decline a permission the app can be stuck. We will fix this issue with the next update, in the meantime, please grant all permissions. Ah, ich weiß woran es liegt. Bitte gebt Kurviger alle Berechtigungen, dann startet die App. Scheinbar hat sich hier ein Fehler eingeschlichen, wenn z.B. die “Benachrichtungen anzeigen” Berechtigung nicht gegeben wird, dann hängt die App. Da hat sich scheinba…
