Do you have the most recent version installed? You need to grant all required permissions to the app. Reinstalling the app helps sometimes.

I found the issue, please make sure you grant all permissions for the Kurviger app. It seems that if you decline a permission the app can be stuck. We will fix this issue with the next update, in the meantime, please grant all permissions. Ah, ich weiß woran es liegt.
