Problem with saving navigation if bad connection

I finished my round trip navigation (which Kurviger generated and did a great job of it). I didn’t realise my internet connection had dropped. I wanted to save the ride and clicked the box to save. Kurviger came back with an error of “unable. Display error details, post in forum”. I reestablished the connection and tried to save it again, and despite having a valid connection I was not able to recover from the error. The error message was displayed again and again.

It appears the only way to recover was to cancel the save, and thereby lose the information.

A better solution would be for the save to happen locally and then transfer to the cloud once the connection is established.

Mhm, once there is a connection it should work again. What you could have tried is to restart the app. But usually this should work automatically again when you have a valid internet connection.

Maybe you can share your debug string (from Kurviger settings)

I agree, this is something we do have on our list.
