Hallo,

im Web und in der App kann ich keine Route Planung vornehmen. Der Kreisel dreht sich ewig aber es kommt keine Route zustande. Auch bei K1 das gleiche. Liegt das an der Karte?

An der Karte liegt’s nicht. Habe K2 mit Offline Karte geöffnet, geht auch nix

Habe das gleiche Problem. Auch gespeicherte Routen lassen sich nicht laden. Das auf einem Android 14 Samsung Smartphone.
